Jane works with our Buyers and Sellers providing the Professional Real Estate Service for which we are known. She participates each year in the CIBC Run for the Cure, running the 5k route. Jane is a past Team Captain for the Survivor Vancouver Team of breast cancer survivors. Jane is also on the Community Grants Review Committee of the CBCF as well as volunteering at various public and media events to promote the breast cancer cause.  Recently, Jane was interviewed, along with several other breast cancer survivors, for the CBCF and Canadian Cancer Society's Online Breast Cancer Navigation Map.  Click on the link and see Jane's words of experience and encouragement for women navigating the breast cancer journey.

Jane is also actively involved as an adult advisor to the Haney Bethel #31 of the International Order of Job's Daughters.  Job's Daughters is an organization of young women between the ages of 10 and 20 who are related to a Master Mason, and share a common bond.  There are members in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil and the Philippines.  They have fun together at activities such as swimming parties, dances, family picnics, slumber parties, miniature golf, marching in parades, and travel.  By working together, they make new friends that will last a lifetime.  They also help others by performing service projects to help the community, the less fortunate and other charities.  They learn leadership, become part of a team and learn democratic principles.  Members of a Bethel elect their own officers, decide their own activities and plan their own events.  In short, Job's Daughters offers the qualities that today's young women want and need from organizations that earn their commitment ... fun, friendship, helping others and the change to learn organizational and leadership skills.
